Event Professionals Required in Dusseldorf 19 - 26 October

Venue : Messe Dusseldorf
Working Dates: 19-26 Oct 9am - 5pm (to be confirmed)
We have 2 different job/roles available:
JOB 1:
Hospitality Hosting / Catering Assistant: Welcome guests, serving drinks and snacks on the booth, keeping the area clean, tidy and restocked, general onsite assistance.
RATE: 150 EUR per day, payable within 30 days after the last day of the event by bank transfer.
JOB 2:
Event Manager: Managing the booth, being responsible for the communication between the different teams on the booth, managing the teams and troubleshooting any problems, making sure every aspect of the booth (i.e. meeting rooms, bar, and activity areas) run smoothly and efficiently onsite.
RATE: 200 EUR per day, payable within 30 days after the last day of the event by bank transfer.

Dress Code : Smart black business attire: black trousers/knee length skirt, a plain white shirt/blouse with a collar, black blazer/jacket, black professional closed toe shoes. Hair and make-up should be natural and elegant.

Requirements:

• fluent English and German, and great communication skills
• Experience in events / conferences / congresses / exhibitions / live marketing / acting or similar
• Must be outgoing, confident, punctual, friendly, polite, professional, reliable and proactive
  -Must be available for the full duration
• Must live or have accommodation in or near Dusseldorf.
