Verschiedene Tätigkeiten:
Conference room support service: overview of the plenum, advise empty seats to belated participants, refill water for speakers, coordinate the table of moderators, contact for organisational questions by the moderator etc.
Registrations on-site: registration of participants without prior registration
Speakers / Sponsors / Press: registration / contact of press, sponsors an speakers at the registration desk
Registration desk: issue of name badges on Friday and certificates of attendence on Saturday
Entrance control: standing postion at the doors of the plenum, control / scanning of the names badges, please wear comfy shoes
Issue Seminar compendium: issue of the seminar compendium
streamedup information desk: inform participants about the services of our partner streamedup! and explain the website and online platform - very good English skills are required! (briefing with all information on Friday morning)
