We currently have 4 open events;

OPPORTUNITY 1:
Event: Embedded World
Location: Messe Nuremberg
Date and Hours:
April 9th - 8am – 6.30pm
April 10th - 8am – 6.30pm
April 11th - 8am – 5.30pm
Role: Booth Hosting,
Tasks: Reception duties, welcome visitors, check guests into meetings, guide to meetings, keep the booth areas clean and tidy, light hospitality and general onsite assistance.
Rate: 20 EUR per hour [payable within 30 days of the last day of the event via bank transfer]
Expenses: 15 euro per day towards travel, 15 euro per day towards food [fixed expenses, no receipts required - all payable with the final payment after the show].
Dress Code: Smart black business attire: black trousers/knee length skirt, white shirt/blouse with a collar, black blazer/jacket, black professional closed toe shoes, hair and make-up should be natural and elegant.

OPPORTUNITY 2:
Event: PMI Europe
Location: Messe Berlin
Date and Hours:
April 10th – 8.30am – 4.30pm
April 11th – 8.30am – 4.30pm
Role: Engager/Lead Generator
Tasks: Attract visitors to the booth, engage in conversation and talk about client’s product, prequalify potential leads and introduce to client, assist with generating hot quality leads (this is not a numbers game but about targeting the right people and gaging interest). This is a proactive role, you are expected to proactively approach visitors and be self-confident and engaging. It's all about scanning people’s badges and seeing if they would like to see demo during show or for later follow up.
Rate: 25 EUR per hour [payable within 30 days of the last day of the event via bank transfer]
Expenses: 15 euro per day towards travel, 15 euro per day towards food [fixed expenses, no receipts required - all payable with the final payment after the show].

OPPORTUNITY 3:
Event: INTERZOO:
Location: Messe Nuremberg
Date and Hours:
7th – 9th May
9am – 5pm each day
Role: Interpreter/Translator and Engager
Tasks: Proactively attracting and engaging visitors, interpreting / translating for business conversations for client, using Italian and German and English. Reception, Keep booth clear and tidy. General onsite assistance. Must be experienced in translating/interpreting.
Rate: 25 EUR per hour [payable within 30 days of the last day of the event via bank transfer]
Expenses: 15 euro per day towards travel, 15 euro per day towards food [fixed expenses, no receipts required - all payable with the final payment after the show].

Event: INTERSOLAR:
Location: Messe Munich
Date and Hours:
19 June: 9:00am - 6:00pm
20 June: 9:00am - 6:00pm
21 June: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Role: Booth Hosting
Tasks: Welcoming visitors to the booth, Give information and help with meetings, Keeping everywhere clean and tidy, Handing out company materials and keeping everything stocked up, Reception and hospitality tasks [serving tea, coffee, water etc to visitors and tidying up after them], give out gifts to delegates, General onsite assistance
Rate: 20 EUR per hour [payable within 30 days of the last day of the event via bank transfer]
Expenses: 15 euro per day towards travel, 15 euro per day towards food [fixed expenses, no receipts required - all payable with the final payment after the show].

Requirements for all jobs with our Agency:

• fluent English
• experience in events / conferences / congresses / exhibitions / live marketing or similar
• must be professional, outgoing, confident, punctual, reliable and proactive
• must live or have accommodation nearby
• must be registered to work as a freelancer
