We're looking for sales-driven, customer-focused individuals to represent Nespresso, the world’s leading coffee brand, in stores across Germany.

💶 Pay Rate: €17/hour + commission when you hit your KPIs

📍 Location: Various Nespresso retail locations across Germany

🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 – 19:00

🗓️ Training Dates: 18–20 August in Frankfurt (travel, accommodation & meals provided)

🚀 Shifts begin from September onwards

☕ Your Role:

• Represent Nespresso in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Actively engage with customers, drive sales of Nespresso coffee machines and pods

• Demonstrate product features and help customers find their perfect coffee match

• Hit sales targets to unlock commission bonuses

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Confident, sales-oriented personalities with a passion for coffee

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a big plus

• Fluent German is essential

• Willingness to travel to Frankfurt for training (fully covered!)

• Ready to commit to consistent, ongoing work starting September
