We are looking for reliable, motivated, and experienced individuals to join our team for a International Conference in Frankfurt, taking place from September 29 to October 2, 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of the largest financial services events in the world!

Positions Available:

Event Support Roles: Registration, Guidance, Scanning, Runners, Stagehands and more.

Team Leaders and Supervisors: More details to follow.

Key Dates:

Main Event Dates: September 28 - October 2, 2025

Staffing Dates: September 27 - October 2, 2025 (main staff needed during this period)

Pre-Event Roles: September 21 - 27, 2025 (few specific roles like technicians, etc.)

Shift Details:

Shifts: 4 - 12 hours per day ( incl. breaks )

Working Hours: Some shifts may run until 10:00 PM (22:00).

Specific working days and shift times will be confirmed closer to the event

Availability: Must be available for the full event period (September 27 - October 2, 2025).

If possible also for specific positions from 21. September on.

Some roles may also require availability for specific shifts, including evenings.

Language: Fluency in English is required, as it is the main language of the event.

Experience: Previous experience in event/conference support roles is mandatory.
