We currently have several open roles still available, including:

• Hostess

• Wayfinding staff

• Conference scanner

• Entry/Security scanner

• Registration support

• VIP/Delegate assistance

• Room/Session monitoring

The event will take place from September 27th to October 2nd, and we have the following shift options available:

• September 29–30: Roles available from 7AM to 12PM for Flow Management/Access Control

• September 28.- October 02 available roles from 8AM to 18PM for Support Desk Roles, Human Signs.

• September 27 from 9AM to 16PM and September 29 from 06.45AM to 14PM ( need to work both days !) as BadgeCollection/Registration.

• September 29 – October 1: Full 3-day roles available as FOH Hostess/Wayfinder

Please let us know:

Which days and time slots you are available

If you have previous experience working at trade fairs or events

If you speak English fluent

Language: Fluency in English is required, as it is the main language of the event.

Experience: Previous experience in event/conference support roles is mandatory.
