We are looking for Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking shopping assistants for our customers at Munich Airport to serve as contact persons for our Chinese passengers during their stay at Munich Airport in the following areas:

sales, translation and the tax refund process (customs). The main focus of the job will be providing service-oriented and exceptionally friendly support to this clientele to assist them with shopping in the luxury goods segment at Munich Airport.

It is hoped in particular that the shopping assistant will be able to remove any cultural or language barriers that may exist. This will be a permanent position and both full-time and part-time options are available.

Staff planning is done four weeks in advance, so individual wishes in terms of availability can generally be accommodated. Work days may be from Monday through to Sunday.
