Date and Hours:
19th June - 8:00-18:00
20th June - 9:00-18:00
21st June - 9:00-18:00
22nd June - 9:00-18:00
Role: Engager
Tasks: Proactively engage and qualify attendees, Scan badges, Provide sales information, Man the reception desk, Ad hoc booth management support, Light Hospitality, Interpreting/Translating, General Onsite Assistance.
Rate: 22.50 EUR per hour [payable within 30 days of the last day of the event via bank transfer]
Expenses: 40 euro per day towards travel, 15 euro per day towards food [fixed expenses, no receipts required - all payable with the final payment after the show].
Dress Code: Smart black business attire: black trousers/knee length skirt, white shirt/blouse with a collar, black blazer/jacket, black professional closed toe shoes, hair and make-up should be natural and elegant.
Requirements:

• fluent English and German
• experience in events / conferences / congresses / exhibitions / live marketing or similar
• must be professional, outgoing, confident, punctual, reliable and proactive
• must be available for the full duration of the event
• must live or have accommodation nearby
• must be registered to work as a freelancer
