Bilingual Booth Host / Messehostess (DE/EN) – IFA Berlin 2026 - 5 days

Bluepoint is an established UK technology distribution company exhibiting at IFA Berlin 2026 at Messe Berlin. Our on-site management team is looking for an outgoing, reliable bilingual host/hostess to represent our booth.

Schedule:

• Dates: Friday, 04 September – Tuesday, 08 September 2026 (5 days)

• Working Hours: 10:00 – 17:00 daily (7 hours/day, 1-hour unpaid lunch break = 6 paid hours/day = 30 total paid hours)

• Location: Messe Berlin (IFA 2026)

• Dress Code: Smart Casual

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors warmly at the booth entrance in German and English.

• Deliver a brief 30-second introductory elevator pitch (script provided).

• Scan visitor badges using our digital badge scanner app.

• Introduce German-speaking prospects directly to our UK management team.

• Hand out brochures, marketing materials, and business cards.

• Native or fluent German, paired with strong conversational English.

• Based locally in Berlin with easy daily access to Messe Berlin.

• Outgoing, professional, and confident engaging exhibition attendees.

• Punctual, dependable, and fully available for all 5 exhibition days (04–08 September 2026).

• Prior experience in trade shows, promotions, or customer-facing roles is a plus.

• Official IFA 2026 Exhibitor Pass provided for all 5 exhibition days.

• Competitive hourly pay (€18.00–€20.00/hr) with prompt payout upon completion.

• Work directly alongside an experienced, international UK management team.

• Clear onboarding and stand walkthrough provided on the morning of Day 1.

• Excellent professional networking experience at a major global tech trade fair.
