Geartester Festival 2025 – Coesfeld (NRW)
📅 When & What
1️⃣ Party Event – Friday Evening (22.08.)
Time: 17:00 – 23:00 (incl. 1h briefing/prep)
Role:
Serve & sell alcoholic shots (per gamified concept – details in briefing)
Take fun photos with guests
Keep the energy high and the vibe positive
Team Size: 3–5 hostesses
Setting: Gunfinder-branded zone with LED displays + live act on stage
Atmosphere: Relaxed, familiar, cheerful
2️⃣ Booth Support – Friday to Sunday (23.–25.08.)
Time: 10:00 – 18:00 daily
Role:
Welcome guests at the Gunfinder booth
Support a small competition
Answer basic questions about the brand
Team Size: 2 hostesses for all 3 days
