Store Visits – Short Project in Amsterdam

Your role will be to visit small stores and hospitality partners, explain how to correctly place products in a refrigerator unit, and ensure everything is set up properly. An intensive briefing and clear guidelines will be provided beforehand.

The most important part of the role is to communicate clearly, be approachable, and build a positive relationship with store owners while helping them implement the setup correctly.

Your Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores and trading partners

• Explain how to correctly place products in the refrigerator according to the guidelines

• Ensure products are positioned correctly and visible

• Check that refrigerators are properly stocked

• Confirm that products are priced and displayed correctly

• Identify and report issues (e.g. empty spaces, broken units, placement problems)

• Provide friendly support and answer questions from store or restaurant owners

• Encourage partners to follow the recommended setup to maximise sales

• Friendly, open and confident communicator

• Comfortable speaking with store owners or restaurant staff

• Reliable and organised

• Able to explain instructions clearly and persuasively

• Ideally based in Amsterdam

Assignment Details

• Duration: 4 days

• Visits per day: 5 stores

• Total visits: 20 store visits
