We have different roles and rates available depending on the role:

JOB 1:
Job Role: Booth Hostess
Dress Code: Traditional Qatar gown will be provided by the client and you would be expected to wear your own black clothing underneath, with black professional closed toe shoes [no boots or trainers], hair should be neat and tidy and if long enough it needs to be tied neatly in a low bun [like in the photo], make-up is expected and should be light/natural and elegant.
Overview of Tasks/Duties: welcome visitors to the booth, handing out company literature, registration tasks, serving refreshments, light hospitality, maintaining the booth, general onsite assistance.
Rate: 20 EUR per hour payable within 30 days after the last day of the event by bank transfer.
Expenses: 15 EUR per day towards travel and 15 EUR per day towards lunch – fixed expenses [no receipts required], payable within 30 days after the last day of the event by bank transfer.

JOB 2:
Job Role: Promoter
Dress Code: Please see the images attached – Uniform to be provided. Beach Inspired but Formal Attire: White Shirt , Khaki waistcoat, Khaki Long trousers to be provided by the client. White closed toe shoes. Appearance should be natural and elegant. Keep in mind that just the T-shirt and Vest is expected for this event because they are going for a beach theme so jacket/long sleeves will not be permitted for the top.
Overview of Tasks/Duties: Constantly Proactively approaching and engaging attendees, help and encourage visitor’s participation with the photo shoot activity, creating a buzz around the activity, help with the giveaway, keep the area clear and tidy, assist the photographer in terms of crowd control and managing the queue.
Rate: 25 EUR per hour payable within 30 days after the last day of the event by bank transfer.
Expenses: 15 EUR per day towards travel and 15 EUR per day towards lunch – fixed expenses [no receipts required], payable within 30 days after the last day of the event by bank transfer.

Requirements for all our jobs:
-must be fluent in English
-must be able to work as registered freelance
-must have experience in events/exhibitions/messe congresses/ live events / conferences.
-must be proactive, friendly, punctual and professional
